1991 Guigal “La Turque” Côte-Rôtie

Go kill for an ’85 if you like- the ’91 is the best La Turque ever. Even at this middle-awkward stage, the spicy syrah manages to say “howdy!” even through the oak noise. Great balance, like a fat man whose nickname is “Twinkle-Toes”.
