1996 Penfolds “Bin 707” Cabernet

Australia ($48): Deep, deep color. Black fruit and eucalyptus on the nose with plenty of spicy American oak. Blackberry and black cherry fruit on the palate with big tannins. A full bodied wine that needs years.
